Nar 78

Moramo reći da nam je bilo stvarno drago kada smo dobili fotografije ovog crtača iz Fulde, gradića pokraj Nürnberga. U prvih je par rečenica spomenuo da ima neke prošle brojeve ZGBkaosa i kako smo mu uvijek bili jedan od boljih časopisa. i zašto mu sada ne objaviti ovo što je poslao.

Njegovo je ime nar78 , a ono što je napisao o sebi možete pročitati na engleskom. Malo smo lijeni prevoditi na hrvatski, a i Vama će dobro doći za vježbu.

My name is nar78 .

My crews are wy (wild youngsters), 3am (time for...) and f2 (double-f = firefighters).

I'm 22 years and I started graffiti about 7 years ago near Nürnberg, Germany.

In my town nobody knew about graffiti. I recognized this colourful or chrome pieces in
Nürnberg and I wanted to do the same. I didn't know any magazine or something like that, so I had to take photos for my own and learn everything about the whole things by my self-instructing. After some years of being a single writer I made my first connections. I started to travel aroud Germany and since 2 years now I live and write in Fulda.
I still try to travel and contact other writers as often as I can. I also work hard on my own style. When I look at older pieces, I did years ago, and compare them with my style today, its visible that I made a big journey with my style, which has now turned into a... hmm.. I would say: readable but not too simple flowing movement of letters. I like my style, but I always try to move it a bit further and invent (if it's possible to invent new things, cause I think everything was already anywhere in graffiti and its hard to find really new things...) new
elements or effects which fit to my style and push it to a higher level...
I only write on legal spots now, I like it more to do a nice wall alone or with good friends in summer, chilling and talking. It gives me more than some fast chrome pieces on the line. I'm happy with how my life goes now, and I don't want to ruin everything with getting caught by
police or something like that.

I don't like discussions such as "only trainwriters are real...", I think everybody should do his thing, as long as it has to to with letters and spraypaint, its graffiti.
Beside my girlfriend and my family, graffiti is the most important thing in my life. I'm always willing to put all my energy in it, my whole life!
